Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Methods and Duration:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days.
Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the product and the destination.
International Shipping: We currently ship to the United States only.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Refund Policy
We aim to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method).
Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Policy
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- Include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply for returned items.
Warranty Policy
All products sold on FreezeWaste.com come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects and does not cover damages that result from misuse, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
To make a warranty claim:
- Contact our customer support with your order number, description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos.
- Our team will review and, if approved, will provide instructions for the warranty process.
